😍 Why is it asking for my Credit Card?

Great question! The reason you are being asked to enter you card when you're inside your account is to be able to send unlimited emails, SMS messages or content AI etc. It is a fair policy so you only pay for what you use. For example $10 will give you about 14,105 emails. This is on our pricing page. By entering your billing inside your account, you decide how much to top it up. If the balance is zero, the features won't work, that's all. You won't be randomly charged - it works on pre-pay system. This is not part of your software + coaching subscription. By entering your card you are in control of how much you top up you balance for additional features.

Look for scheduled calls in your Training Portal. Subscribe to the calendar (bottom right)

Submit a support ticket. We can provide you with a video recording or a 1:1 Zoom support call.
